Our Story
Stability Through Advocacy (STAY) began with a simple belief: people facing housing instability deserve practical support, steady advocacy, and someone who follows through. Founded in Cohoes, STAY works across Albany, Rensselaer, and Schenectady counties to help people navigate housing, public benefits, and community resources.
Our story is rooted in the belief that people need support, connection, and a real path toward stability—not a system that treats them as if they need to be fixed.
