Ashley Novak is a Board Member at STAY. She has a Master's in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor's in Creative Arts Therapy. She was drawn to STAY's mission of housing stability by her belief that every person deserves the opportunity to access support, improve their quality of life, and have their basic needs met with dignity.
Tzigane Lajeunesse is the Treasurer for STAY. She is a licensed nurse with a lifelong passion for mental health advocacy. Tzigane has worked in healthcare for 13 years, and is currently working in community health. Her belief that housing housing should be accessible to all is what brough her to STAY.
Brittani Hall created STAY after seeing how often people facing homelessness, housing instability, mental health challenges, and financial hardship are expected to navigate complicated systems alone. Her leadership is informed by both professional experience and lived experience with homelessness and navigating behavioral health systems.

Brittani holds a B.S. in Psychology and brings experience in nursing, care coordination, and community-based support. She is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work and is passionate about building stronger systems, meaningful partnerships, and real pathways to stability across the Capital Region.

Maya Dean is the Co-founder & Secretary of STAY. She brings a strong background in advocacy and trauma-informed support. She holds a Bachelor of Creative Arts Therapy and currently works as a Human Trafficking Case Manager.

Maya is passionate about helping people understand systems that can feel confusing or overwhelming. She supports individuals in identifying their options, understanding benefits, navigating community resources, and taking informed next steps toward greater stability.
