LifePath (Cohoes Senior Center) Morning Stability Meet-Up - Welcome & Introduction

What to Expect: Join us for the first Morning Stability Meetup - a relaxed, low-barrier space to connect, talk about what stability means to you, learn what STAY can offer, and help shape future meetup topics. There's no pressure to share, participate, or have everything figured out. Come as you are. STAY will meet you where you are.
Most outreach events are designated as low-barrier and may not require an appointment or referral.

STAY’s Recharge & Connect Station is a flexible, mobile setup that offers device charging, connection to resources, and a chance to speak with a STAY advocate. Look for this station at select outreach events and partner locations across the Capital Region.
