Partner with Us

Invest in a grassroots model built to close gaps, reduce barriers, and help people move toward lasting housing stability. Together, we can strengthen existing community resources and expand access to practical, person-centered support.

Why We Exist

Too often, people are given a referral and expected to navigate complicated systems alone. When someone is facing homelessness, mental health challenges, and other practical barriers, a referral alone is not always enough.

STAY exists to help people move through those barriers one connection at a time.

Stories of Stability

Through housing advocacy and follow-up support, STAY helped a participant connect to emergency shelter during a period of crisis.

A Safe Place to Sleep

Real stories of how practical support and connection can help people move toward stability.

A medically fragile community member was at risk of losing their housing during a period of significant instability following a hospital discharge. STAY provided hands-on advocacy and support that helped prevent eviction and allowed the individual to remain safely housed.
