We’re excited to share that Stability Through Advocacy, Inc. (STAY)’s Community Stability Navigation project has been accepted into the local Continuum of Care (CoC) competition ranking. The local CoC competition is part of the community process for considering projects that address homelessness and housing instability.

For STAY, this is a meaningful milestone: our community-based work is moving forward in a process that can help bring more consistent support to people facing housing instability.

This project grows from what we see in the community: people can face real barriers trying to reach services, follow up with providers, arrange transportation, or figure out what step to take next.

We’re proud to help build a stronger bridge between people and the resources meant to support them. And as we do, STAY’s position remains clear: supportive services should help people access and maintain permanent housing. Permanent housing must remain the goal.

This advancement in the local competition is not a funding award. We look forward to following the process and seeing HUD's 2027 award list when it becomes available.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has helped STAY build this project and excited to keep moving the work forward.
